| Bio: | I am a person settled in Bangalore, India. I have lived my schooling days upto my professional life here. I am one of those lazy types who likes to be sitting at home or sleeping all the time, but I also like to hang around with friends and make new friends all the time. I had once set a goal, when I joined college, to remember all the 300+ students in my batch, 1 each day, so that by the end of the year I remember all 300. Finally by the end of my 4 years I knew almost 90% of my batchmates, 50% of the seniors, 75% of the juniors and 25% of the sub-juniors. I love playing games on the PC and I love sports. I play almost any type of games expect very very realistic simulations (game are meant to be fun and not serious simulation types). I am familiar with almost all types of sports and I play cricket, football, tennis, table tennis, badminton, basketball, volleyball etc and I additionally follow baseball, F1, other motorsports, ice hockey etc etc etc. I love programming and I used to learn new programming languages the moment I heard that such a language existed. Its not only programming languages, as I also love to learn lots of spoken languages. Nothing makes me more happy than being able to converse with a person in their own native language. I can speak English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and I can follow a little bit of Malayalam and Bengali. I have also learnt a bit of German. Some language that I intend to learn/practise in the near future are Malayalam, Bengali, Telugu, Punjabi, French. At least for the time being. I have also been bitten by the bug of photography. I started off my serious sojourn with photography with bird watching and nature photography but it does look that that dream has been blown into the wind. Still, the hope of being able to continue with photography as a serious hobby does live on. As far as the journal goes, I blog about anything and everything that comes into my mind. So there is no fixed topic that this blog will cater to. Of course I think about having separate blogs specific to a subject and I would be launching some in the near future. I also dream of starting my own company and being my own boss rather than having to work for someone else. The only problem is that I just cant fix my mind on one single thing when I do set up my company. | |||||
